Finished my 28mm OT-34/85 for my Soviet Bolt Action army but it will also see use in What a Tanker. This was the first time I tried dry pigments and it turned out pretty well. It definitely works better than a wash on the huge flat armor plates. Model from Warlord Games, dry pigments from Secret Weapon Miniatures (RIP) and Green Stuff World.
